Get Trained. Be Ready.

What does it mean to teach or be an instructor?

Is an instructor simply someone who prepares and delivers a lesson with good illustrations and humorous stories and then is finished for the day? Is an instructor someone who merely communicates facts, or are they something more? If we take a close look at instructors we realize they exercise a great deal of influence over the students they teach. Instructors administer assignments, provide advice, and impart education which, if not completed or done well, can carry a stiff penalty for the student. Instructors encourage those who do well, and seek ways to motivate those who do not, all while maintaining an air of professionalism and a positive attitude. They realize the importance of education and the consequences of failing to meet the requirements for that education.

A Baptist preacher summed it up pretty well when he said, "Success is adding value to yourself. Significance is adding value to other people.". Professional instructors genuinely care about their students and want them to not only be successful, but significant in the lives of their students. If you want to be that kind of person, we want to help you achieve that goal.
